As you are aware that Pine Mill Ranch community has grown in the recent times and we have very enthusiastic youth and adults who wants to play volleyball, as of to date there are no volleyball courts in our community.
We are finding increasingly difficulty finding the courts nearby neighborhood communities like Cinco Ranch, Silver Ranch etc.
In this regard, we brought this to your notice to allow us to use the green space located in the intersection of Pine Mill Ranch Drive and Ranch Point Drive. The Board has been kind enough to respond positively and we sincerely thank you for allowing us to use the area temporarily.
Having said that we have a temporary play area, we, the residents of Pine Mil Ranch have come together and wish to petition for 2 new volleyball courts in the green space area that we are using or any place in our community. This will help the residents coming together to make a positive change in the community, it benefits us all in a healthy way.
We, the undersigned, call on the board of Pine Mill Ranch to approve and fund the new volleyball courts construction on the site of the Green space or any other suitable place in the community.
This place should contain amenities like water fountain, rest rooms, parking or at least adequate off-street parking ( if possible).
