Request for New Management at Elmwood Gardens

Background (Preamble):
Elmwood Garden Apartments underwent new management in April 2005, and new management is being requested. Since this change occured there have been a number of despicable incidents. Management has been caught entering into the homes of tenants who have no past due amounts owed nor have they issued a work order for any maintenance.
In the past two months the number of times the police have been on property is unaccounted for. Rent paying adults are now living on a 10 o' clock curfew, when management is now living on property and is hanging out all hours of the night. Management has also stated that Section 8 is no longer welcome and will do everything in her power to see that it is alleviated.
Management has stated she is not interested in hearing the feelings of the concered tenants regarding these new issues. If you have had any issues with the new mamangement and would like to be apart in the neccessary steps to discontinue these inadequate actions please sign your name below. Also, if you are a tenant who has not YET had your problem with management, you are also encouraged to sign your name to secure you and your families living at Elmwood Garden Apartments.
