On Tuesday 30 September 2014 Governor Brown of California signed a bill phasing out the single use plastic grocery bag and mandating a surcharge for use of single use paper grocery bags.
We, the undersigned, call on the state of California to let the retailers and consumers decide for themselves how their groceries should be bagged.
