Drivers pay for alignment and tire repair. The crossings create a bad first impression for newcomers to Idaho Falls.
WATCO Companies and their Eastern Idaho Railroad should be good corporate citizens and repair ASAP high priority crossings.
The signers of this petition recognize and support the important role of rail transportation in the economy of Eastern Idaho. However, company profit should not be at the expense of local residents and daily drivers who must cope with the dangerous crossings.
I, the undersigned, respectfully petition WATCO Companies and the Eastern Idaho Railroad to take immediate steps to repair badly damaged rail crossings within the City of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
