Background (Preamble):
Renters are being forced from their homes only to come up against Property Managements Companies of Sacramento that want tenants to have 3 times the rent in income and to have excellent credit.
Most people renting don't make 3 times the rent nor have excellent credit. Due to this requirement this is just an extra burden on an already burdened tenant trying to find another place to move.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call upon the Major or City officials of Sacramento, CA to understand our difficulty with this requirement of the Property Management Companies.
Have them eliminate the reqirement of 3 times the rent in income and the need for excellent credit at this time of numerous foreclosures.
Things are difficult enough having to find a new place in a short time.
