The Pakenham Post Office stands to lose their valuable employees due to French language legislation.
While no disrespect is meant to French speaking Canadians Pakenham is an English speaking community.
Customer service and employing local residents supersedes the need for bilingual workers.
We, the undersigned, call on Canada Post to remove the bilingual designation at the Pakenham Post Office and continue to employ the current staff.
