With the recent tragedies that have shaken our country, the need for responsibly armed citizens to exercise the right to carry firearms is more prevalent than ever.
In Clinton County, this right is infringed upon by restrictions listed on the back of issued Concealed Carry Pistol Permits.
It is our right as responsible Clinton County, as well as United States citizens, to have the ability to defend ourselves against threats to us and our families, should the need arise. Our neighbors in Essex and Franklin Counties have been afforded this right, as should we.
We, the undersigned, call for the removal of restrictions from Concealed Carry Pistol Permits issued in Clinton County, New York.
