Relocate US Prisons to Cut Costs

Target: Congress
Background (Preamble):
Prisons on America are overcrowded and costly. We spend money on them that could be used for more important things, like trying to save the environment or bettering our public education system.

I propose that we relocate prisons to third world countries where we can house more inmates in the same conditions for less.

Along with lessening of costs for us, it creates job opportunities for often-poor third world citizens.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, petition our state and federal governments to relocate prisoners out of jails on USA soil to jails overseas in developing countries as a cheap alternative to our current system.
