Religious Education in Ireland

We believe the Department of Education & Science must undertake to regulate the teaching of religious education in our National Schools, in order to protect the interests of all families -- especially those families whose beliefs are being undermined by the current system which compels non-believers to present the appearance of religious devotion in order to obtain an education for their children.
