Petition Background (Preamble):
It is our understanding as stated by devs in chat first day of Mafia , no bans from parallel kingdom carried over to parallel mafia and all players were welcome to start over new. That is the basis of our petition.
Referring to the Terms of Use... Keeping in mind that banned players have been allowed to play Parallel Mafia... Per the Terms of Use Agreement is does state in number 9 virtual items: “Should PerBlue receive notice of any payment disputes or charge-backs for successfully completed purchases which have already been credited to Your account, You agree that Your account will be temporarily suspended until the payment dispute or charge-back is canceled. If the dispute or charge-back is not canceled in time, and the funds from the purchase are reversed by the payment processor. Your account will be indefinitely suspended until you re-pay funds to PerBlue. This appears to apply to his platinum account. He never intentionally stopped or reversed any payment for his Plat subscription but what happened on his end was his pal pals account was linked to a bank account that he no longer had and when switching banks he had failed to update his PayPal’s account with the corrected, updated information, hence causing a “charge-back”.
On July 20 th was his first notification something was wrong with his Parallel Mafia account and he found it hard to track down what had happened. On July 23 rd he did “re-pay” the funds owed to PerBlue so this dispute of charge-back should be considered satisfied.
This is a small mistake and a small corrected red mark on the record of a player who is well known to spend large amounts of money quite regularly.

Petition:
We the undersigned are requesting the immediate reinstatement of the account of BRØ~Therm,as Per the Terms of Use Agreement in regards to such payment issues it states suspended until PerBlue is re-paid. This has been done.
At this time we respectfully request you lift the ban on his Parallel Mafia account.
