Many California Court residents have had their cars towed unreasonably for not having a visible permit.
No vehicle belonging to a resident of our community with a car that is registered accordingly and as required, should be towed, unless there is a true parking violation, ie. parking in a red zone, double parked, blocking garages, etc.
Tow truck drivers should be required and able to verify the license plate before the vehicle is towed.
Further, Patrol Masters needs to issue all registered license plates stickers to alleviate the issue of permits not being visible.
We, the residents and owners of vehicles that have been registered accordingly via Patrol Masters, call on the California Court Home Owners Association to eliminate the policy of towing registered vehicles in our community, for not having a visible permit.
We call on the policy to require tow truck drivers to verify the license plate with Patrol Masters or another accessible database.
We further call on Patrol Masters to issue all registered vehicles permit stickers to alleviate the issue of visible permits.
