The SFA and their "leader" Stewart Regan have now been shown to be NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE by allowing their panels to impose and uphold a sanction that was NOT available to them and would have no basis in law.

However, with regard to the timing of the suspension we must accept that if our rules cannot be enforced in a court of law then they cannot be imposed and it is foolish to waste money defending such a point"

Peter Lawwell is involved in this dysfunctional ruling body and this is clearly a conflict of interests.
