Refund and Reimburse True Students

Students in the UK are advised by government not to return to their accommodations, if they have left in order to visit family over Christmas.
Many of us have been at our family homes since early December and will be remaining here until face-to-face teaching resumes. This is forecasted to be around around the 8th of March at the very earliest, meaning that many of us have been paying large amounts of money each month for accommodation that we simply are unable to use.

Our contract is inclusive of all bills and concierge service, however since many of us are not living in the accommodation, we are not using these utilities that we are paying for each month.

Additionally, those of us who have remained in our accommodation are confined to our rooms and with the government recommendation to close gyms, cinemas and other activities, the communal areas are locked and unusable.
These facilities are part of our contract which states that we will be able to use them throughout our stay at True, however this is now impossible, meaning we are paying extra for a service that cannot be provided.

Many university accommodations (including both privately owned and university official accommodations in areas such as Newcastle, Birmingham, Liverpool, Swansea, Manchester and Glasgow -- the areas in which True has property) are providing full refunds to students during this time, and others are providing partial refunds. However, True and its six locations are doing nothing at all to help students to this effect. They are continuing to demand rents as high as £920 or more per month, with absolutely no provisions in place for students who are completely or partially unable to use their services or accommodation.
