Reduce Tarocco HOA Dues

By signing this petition: I agree that I am a Home Owner in the Tarocco Community in Irvine, CA and or I pay Home Owners Association Dues.

This petition is a reflection of the people who pay dues to the Tarocco HOA. After reviewing the HOA dues of 27 similar properties in the Irvine area to determine a city average of $273.00 a month, we the people believe that the Tarocco fees of $370.00 per month are excessive. We petition that the HOA fees be lowered a minimum of $70 within 180 days of this petition.

In addition we request that the financial state of the Tarocco Home Owners Association be re-evaluated within one year of the reduction and every year thereafter for the sole purpose of adjusting the dues to remain within 5% of the city average (using a minimum of 20 similar properties as a comparison).

We, the undersigned, respectfully submit our signatures to the Board of Directors as proof that the majority of Tarocco Homeowners are in agreement that the HOA fees are too high and need to be lowered.
