Unemployment is rising now at 7.9%. Inflation is soaring at 4%. The economy is in turmoil. Meanwhile, the bankers who got us into this very mess are wallowing in bonuses at a total of £7bn. Where is the equity in society?

We, the undersigned, call on the Prime Minister to cap bank bonuses and to prescribe a heavy bonus tax.
