If a court can't prove who struck the final blow which kills some one the accused get sentenced with manslaughter rather than murder, this needs to change, all parties must be charged with murder because all parties are responsible for a death, and did nothing to help the murdered or prevent their death.
We the undersigned call upon the UK government to re-charge & re-sentence Tracy Connelly & Steven Barker with the murder of Peter Connelly.
They are both responsible for Peter's death regardless who struck the final killing blow. Peter was tortured to death over a period of months and he deserves justice, there must be sever consequences for these kind of crimes and the charge of murder is the only sensible charge.
Also, to allow a child to die should carry a mandatory sentence of life with the minimum of 25years.
It is of public, national and European interest that these two said individuals are re-charged for Peter's murder and re-sentenced to a full life in prison with the minimum of 25years.
