Background (Preamble):
Due to mass disobedience by Wivey 'ladies' rugby team and wives/partners of wivey 3rd team players not letting their other half play or socialize and major road traffic violations I propose re-introducing the 13th century medieval torture of the ducking stool to Wiveliscombe.
This includes no speeding ,parking on pavements or doing make up whilst driving.

We propose legislation in line with the following statements:
That any female caught breaking traffic regulation in Wivey or generally not doing what their told by their husband/partner REQUIRES, should be taken to Clatworty reservior or nearest water and be put on the ducking stool until they agree to abide by Traffic Laws & Wivey 3rd team rules.
