There is evidence from mobile phone cameras and videos of pupils loitering, smoking cigarettes, using mopeds at excessive speeds up and down the walkway.
Pupils have been caught dropping litter from John Patts shop, graffiti on some walls, kicking stones and footballs against residents' cars and houses.
We, the residents of Prospect Place, call upon the headmaster of Park School to authorise a supervised patrol of the pupils using Prospect Place as a "cut through", to Newport Rd.
This will ideally happen particularly at the end of Prospect Place, where it leads on to Newport Rd, where pupils from the school tend to loiter, and will guide the students seamlessly and without disruption to the local residents of Prospect Place.
