The connection of Linsell Blvd now provides an opportunity for existing bus services in the Hunt Club Estate, Cranbourne East, to extend to the Cascades on Clyde and Selandra Estates in Cranbourne East/Clyde North.
Public Transport Victoria have advised that there is no funding available to extend the bus route into the eastern end of Linsell Boulevard at the present time. They also advised that they will continue to monitor demand for public transport in Clyde North & Cranbourne East, and will seek funding in future budget cycles to extend services into the area.
The demand for public transport in the area is high and needed now. We request that PTV seek the appropriate funding to provide a bus service to our community as a matter of urgency.
The residents of Cranbourne East and Clyde North request Public Transport Victoria extend the existing bus service which operates at the western end of Linsell Blvd, Cranbourne East, to include the eastern end of Linsell Blvd and surrounds in Clyde North & Cranbourne East.
We request that PTV seek the appropriate funding to provide a bus service to our community as a matter of urgency.
