PT Employees don't get enough to live on!

Background (Preamble):
Raising minimum wage is not enough! The purpose of raising the minimum wage is to allow payment of minimum living expenses (food/shelter). Well, for part-time employees, we don't have the luxury of businesses being required to give us 40 hours a week.
You can raise minimum wage to $10.00 an hour, but if the employer is only going to schedule us for 12-22 hours a week, how is a person supposed to pay rent/mortgage and buy food? How are we supposed to survive?!

We the undersigned say....Require employers across the nation to schedule part time employees at least 30 hours a week.
