Protect Gurudwaras Land in Pakistan

When India was divided in two parts Pakistan and India. It was decided and became a part of Act that Land in Pakistan and India which belonged to Gurudwaras, Mandir and Mosques will be protected by each government on both side of the border. For that purpose and Trust Board was formed called "Evacuee Trust Property Board" ETPB.

All gurudwaras and mandir Land was given to be managed and protected by ETPB. It became a part of the Act that the Titlle of theses Land can never be transferred to any individual, companies, institution or Governmental bodies. And Sikh all over the world will be the end beneficiaries of these lands. ETPB misused this authority and has become one of the most corrupt organisation in the history of Pakistan. Thus the Funds, Income, Donations and partculary the Land has massively misused and sold out to commercial companies with bilions of rupees of corruption.

Now a petition was submitted to High court which was the self Actioned by The Supreme Court Of Pakistan and stay was granted to stop the commercialisation of Historical and Ancient gurudwaras Land. The Institution has been massively overstaffed just for the sake of Miss allocation of funds. Gurudwaras Land was massively given as plots in bonus to the bogus staff. This corruption was doubled in the last 6-7 years and particularly last three years. Thousands of Canals of Land have been sold to DHA (Defence Housing Authority ) an Army based Estate Agents dealing in making and developing colonies.

This is a petition to stop all above mentioned corruption and mis-allocation and selling of Gurudwaras Land.
