PROTECT AGAINST BEDBUGS IN IGA

Background (Preamble):
Many people has been a victim of bedbugs here at Independence Green Apartments. Many residents have not been informed of infested apartments that share the same wall or unit space, which allows them not prepare for unwanted guest.
I've experienced being lied to and not living in my home for a long period of time because I haven't been important enough for IGA to pay for extermination because Gerald did not have evidence besides my Bed Mattress and Box Spring are thrown out and I paid for home bombing myself.
I've spoke with other neighbors that had the same problem in different units as I and was surprised to be told that they had the same out come, and some much more worst.

There has been many incidents where residents has been affected by bedbugs. Either residents brought them in or neighbors have attracted them through shared walls. The problems still lays in big effect in IGA because maintenance and apartment managers aren't exterminating properly.
Instead of coming out to residents and exterminating the entire unit, they have to inspect on certain days which are Tuesdays & Thursdays, which during that timing the bugs could spread. Also when inspection take place during the day; which bedbugs rarely come out until night time, if they do not see any signs of bedbugs, they will not exterminate at all because it's costly.
We need to make change of that not only because of health issues, expenses within our own finances after paying rent each month, and the residential comfort but because we need to keep oakland country an great place to visit and relocate.
