I am petitioning a bill for individuals who are disabled and or incontinent for the rights to a fully functional private restroom.
This restroom must provide privacy and a fully functional device to allow individuals in wheelchairs to have access to a device to assist with removal from wheelchair onto safe platform back into wheelchair safely.
People I am advocating a new bill to enhance disabled individuals' ability to use a private restroom that is designed with a device to allow privacy, removal from wheelchair onto platform and back safely into wheelchair.
The disabled need the ability to have this access in all stores so as to be able to spend quality time in public without fear of invasion of privacy.
