Presidential re-run in Kenya

Background (Preamble):
On 27th December 2007, Kenyas held a parliamentary and presidential election. The government in the name of the presidents party (PNU) on noticing that they were losing the election to Hon Raila Odinga decided to doctor certain presidential results to tilt the trend so that the President would be declared winner.
This was done in the presidents strongholds where results were deliberately delayed. There is sufficient evidence from several returning officers, oppsition party agents and both local and international observers that this was done.
The Electoral Commission of Kenya Chairman Samwel Kivuitu has admitted publicly that he is not sure that Kibaki won the election properly and that the Electoral bodies hands were and are still tied to offer any solution as the law limits the commission. He has stated that he was under alot of pressure to announce the results quickly and that by the time he took the certificate to statehouse barely 30miuntes after he declared president winner everything had been setup for the swearing in of the president and the Chief Justice and guests were waiting.

Petition:
I am writing to have the president step down and handing running of government to a caretaker body and allow an independent internationally respectable body to examine the results particularly the tallying and the related documents to establish who actually won.
In the event that there are irregularities that do not show a clear winner say due to lack of or tempering with supporting documents, there be a re-run of the presidential elections of the two top contenders Hon Mwai Kibaki and Hon Raila Odinga in say 3 months time from now.
