Since the independance of Madagascar in 1960, Malagasy people who lives abroad has never participate for the presidential and referendum election even if Malagasy embassy exists in its living country. Why?
So now, let's suggest to our government to give us the right to vote even if we are not living in Madagascar, it's a way for us to give our opinion about Madagascar.
