Background (Preamble):
School started on 29 August 2006 with students enrolled in both Yongsan and Han Nam SAS After-School Programs.
On 8 September 2006, a closure notice was sent out for the Han Nam Village SAS After-School Program effective 22 September 2006 with no directed transition schedule.
A closure postponement is suggested, and a meeting with the Han Nam SAS parents and the SAS Director in order to coordinate a transition schedule prior to children being displaced, address safety concerns, educational impact, and review the integration plan developed for this program change.
