Background (Preamble):
I have been studying the devastating effects of the balsa wood canoe known as 'Popeye' (1, 2 or 3) has had on the pristine eco system of the Torrens River in Adelaide.
This so piece of junk has been polluting the water way for years turning the clear water into no more than a sewer. There is no other reason for why the Torri is so polluted. It is devastating.

We the undersigned call on the Australian Government to pass legislation 'that all boats with the name Popeye be collected and put in a nuclear waste dump'.
