Animals have rights too. On the night of January 27th, I lost my beloved Jack Russell - Sammy due to a speeding car that didn't see her because he was flying down the street on a 25 mile area. I lost my dog in a tragic accident.
All cars speed on Lower Notch Road at all hours of the day & night. Sammy was in great shape and her life was taken from us.
Please put speed bumps to avoid another pet or child from this horrible devastating, tragic accident. I cannot bring Sammy back, but I can help others from this heartbreaking accident.
