We have to stop to fly pets in the cargo! They are not baggage! In 2012 that it is unacceptable!
We would like flight companies allow dogs of any weight to fly in the main cabin withouth weight limitations. If that is possible for guide dogs why not for the others? With a muzzle and a leash there won't be any problems.
So, our suggestions would include that flying dogs are muzzled on, on leash and near the owner.
We want no more dogs traveling in the cargo alone. We never want to discover our beloved dog died in the cargo.
