Lake Fern Montessori is a well respected, private school which serves students in pre-school through eighth grade in Brevard County, Florida. Although we are located in Titusville, we serve students as far North as Scottsmoor, as far south as Palm Bay, as far east as Merritt Island, and as far west as Christmas. We currently have about 200 students on a waiting list, with some that have been waiting for at least 5 years in hopes of attending our school. It is our desire to add a 3,600 sq. foot building to our existing property (257 Aguinaldo Ave, Titusville, FL 32780) so that we may serve additional students in our community.
The purpose of this petition is to demonstrate public support to the City of Titusville for the expansion of Lake Fern Montessori Academy. We, the undersigned, acknowledge our support for the expansion of Lake Fern Montessori Academy and are asking the City of Titusville to grant permission for expansion.
