Background (Preamble):
A young man named Herman Mouton, age 19 from Middelburg, Mpumalanga district in South Africa, has been charged with raping seven young girls between the ages of 2 and 11 years and sodimising 19 young boys between ages 5 and 14.
Herman Mouton is already in jail from July 2005, till present, but a bail application will be launched on the 13 th of September 2006 in the Magistrate of Middelburg.
The main aim for this petition is to get support all over the world to keep this alleged child rapist in jail until he properly tried.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the South African Goverment to protect our children from child rapists, molesters and abusers, who face serious charges such as rape and molestating children, yet await trial and conviction. Bail should be refused in such cases where there is a real threat to the community.
