The Electoral commission of kenya [ECK] did not exercise its duties as required since the elections were free but not fair since there was alot of rigging and without any enquiries on the matter it still went ahead and announced mr.Mwai Kibaki as the winner of the presidential race and immediately within minutes he was hurriedly sworn in from the state House without even the kenyan anthem.
Due to that we the kenyan people are bitter about this and are calling on the UN to step in.
Mr. Mwai kibaki should step down to give room for democracy since its the only way to bring our beloved country back on track where it was.
