Wwe now have to pay at p.o and they cannot give us details as to how much we have to pay or owe and the payments are not being received by the council for 7 to 10 days.

The council are now no longer taking payments at the locality office and this is detrimental to the paying public. we now have to pay at p.o and they cannot give us details as to how much we have to pay or owe and the payments are not being received by the council for 7 to 10 days.
We are therefore being sent letters in triplicate, this will work out more than the wage you are trying not to pay.
