Neighborhood is in need of the alley being repaved due to pot holes all neighbors use the alley to get to their
drive, backyard and or garage
majority of the neighbors are elderly,
young single mothers on a fixed income.
We, the undersigned, want the alley between Stuart st on the east and Adams St on the west between 30th to 28th repaved and/or potholes fixed.
