Background (Preamble):
On December 20, 1969, Lawrence Evans entered Danny's Market Place armed with hand guns. In an attempt to rob the store, Evans fired multiple shots. Several bullets hit my father Lindberg Robinson and owner Danny Solomon fatally killing them both and Mrs Solomon was critically wounded.
Petition:
The heinous nature of my father Lindberg Robinson and Danny Solomon's death should preclude any consideration of parole for Lawerence Evans.
His actions have shown that he is extremely volatile and that he has no regard for human life. For his crimes Evans was sentenced to Life in prison. He also sentenced the Robinson and Solomon family's and our friends to a lifetime of grief and sorrow. Please help our families keep him behind bars.
