Like Paris Hilton usually buys herself out of jail and doesn't learn her lesson and does the same thing over again.
Petition:
Stop letting people with money buy themselves out of jail just because they can.
They need punishment so they can learn. Let them at least have a 2 week to 2 months sentence so our kids will have a safe life.
