Background (Preamble):
Bullying at School is only as bad as the School allows so, in every walk of life, when things go wrong, everyone is accountable for their actions.......except schools. They are un-touchable! WHY?
Just having an Anti-Bullying Policy is not enough. It also needs to be implemented so that our children are safe to go to School.
So when Schools fail to protect our children, or indeed are guilty of bullying them too, we need a Government department that cares enough to help!

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the UK Government to help Parents of Bullied children by giving us a department within our Local Councils where we can turn when Schools are not interested.
We need help to support our children from the emotional as well as physical effects of this awful situation regardless of the source of the bullying. Be it from their peers OR from the School and its' Staff!
Schools need to be made accountable when they fail to protect OR victimise our children.
