Background (Preamble):
The Honorable Justice Gomery of Canada stated: "Hatred is not an emotion that comes naturally to a child. It has to be taught. A parent who would teach a child to hate the other parent represents a grave and persistent danger to the mental and emotional health of that child."

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call upon Prime Minister Stephen Harper of the Federal Government of Canada to acknowledge "Parental Alienation" is rampant in the Family Court Justice System. And create legislation to hold those parents accountable for "Alienating" a parent from their child/children.
As well as, direct the Provinces to create reform to the present Maintenance and Custody Acts to hold those parents accountable for "Alienating" a parent from their child/children. With these two changes in place the "child abuse" which presently exists in the Family Court Justice Systems of Canada, should be corrected "In the Best interest of the child/children".
