Background (Preamble):
Parents with small children need specific, wider car parking spaces for safety reasons rather than merely convenience.
It is often very difficult to get small children and car seats in and out of cars in normal sized spaces as you are unable to open doors wide enough.
There is no protection for pushchairs as they cannot stand within the confines of a small space.
In many public car parks, these spaces have not been installed.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Road Services to install "Parent and Child" spaces in their NCP car parks as a courtesy to parents with young children.
