Background (Preamble):
The constitution of The United States Of America clearly states that there is freedom of religion in this country. We are free to practice what we want. The United States Government acknowledges Paganism as a religion.
We should not be subject to arrest or any punishment for being nude while performing a ritual or when desired. The laws in place now that is against nudism, has been put in place by the religious right. What right did Pagans get? It's time to get our right. We should not have to worry about getting arrested for being nude.

This petition is to support the rights of Pagans to be nude while in ritual or as desired. This does not support any sexual acts, it is soley for the purpose of being nude for ritual without being arrested.
Religions must co-exist and respect each other. It is the rights of Pagans to be nude while in ritual or as desired. Freedom of religion and practice must be for ALL religions and ALL practices.
