We the home owners on Washington Ave and around the area in question are asking that you not build a apartment complex on the corner of Merrimac Drive and Washington Ave.. We feel it will lower the value of our homes.
We already have a complex behind us and down the street and one a couple blocks away. We feel by building a complex that will house 50 families you could be hindering our right to quiet enjoyment as our neighborhood is mostly quiet.
I would also like to bring your attention to the fact that you did not post a sign on the property for a zoning change.
We homeowners ask the city of Fitzgerald not to build the apartment complex they have planned to build on the corner of North Merrimac Drive and Washington Ave.
