Mr. Steven Schloss has been our neighborhood Mailman for over 20 years servicing our community. Over the years, Mr. Schloss has proven to be competent, responsible.
Through his excellent organizational and communication skills, he has consistently exceeded our expectations gaining an excellent rapport with our community. The USPS has recently rerouted him to another area, this decision which proved to be thoughtless and unfair due to the lack of any prior notice or open discussion making this unjustified not valuing us as the recipients of such service.
In the past, some of us have experienced stolen checks and personal mail handed to the wrong people or placed in someone else’s mailbox, lost mail and packages when he is not here. However, when Mr. Steven Schloss is providing his services we rest assured that we will be receiving accordingly.
We, the undersigned formally request for the return of Mr. Steven Schloss to our neighborhood to continue to service us as our formal Mailman for many more years to come.
Mr. Schloss is a valuable asset for our community and your organization. We hope that this matter will be resolved in an amicable and professional manner.
