For over 365 days, request have been made to work cohesively with school personnel to ensure the success of our child.
Enforcement of the student handbook has been discriminatory in nature. Parent teacher interventions have been segregated, even denied participation.
Discriminatory, capricious and arbitrary practices have to stop!
I am seeking the practices of the Superintendent and other personnel be immediately addressed and corrected by the School Board.
Second, we are asking all matters involving discriminatory, capricious and arbitrary practices be immediately ceased.
Next, we are seeking the school personnel, without a license, stop practicing and interpreting law, and adhere, comprehend and recognize "joint legal custody". Enforce the student handbook unilaterally and equally among all students and parents.
