I call on for Optus to do a full reform on their employee's, customer service standards and management.

I cannot describe how awfully of a nightmare it is to deal with optus, as of the last few years optus have definitely dropped the ball with their customer service.

There is not a time where you can actually get a straight answer from an optus employee, and if you get transferred the next person, they will provide you again with different information and off you go doing the run around being transferred over and over.

Enough is enough, this has become a common behavior with optus customer service, it has to STOP
