Background (Preamble):
The Optus 3G mobile networks has had intermittent network drop out problems which have plagued the network since the middle of 2008.
This started with the outages back in Aug 2008.

As consumers we have the right to a satisfactory service and coverage and this petition is aimed at Optus to rectify these problems and make public exactly what action is being taken to resolve these network outages and recent problems.
