Embreeville Redevelopment, LP has plans to develop the 225 acre property into 1,100 high density, multi-family, multi-story dwelling units.
In addition, commercial strip shopping centers are planned along Strasburg Rd. This plan will negatively impact West Bradford Township's infrastructure, environment, traffic, and overall character.
We vehemently oppose this plan.
We, the residents of West Bradford and Newlin Township, oppose the high density, multi-family, multi-story plan for 1,100 dwelling units at the Embreeville property.
We also oppose the proposed commercial strip shopping centers planned along Strasburg Road.
