The cost to prevent and control a hobby with the lowest death toll of all hobbies besides reading, is not even breaking even with the funds Georgia has to support the more violent crimes and its education board.
I ask that the the government officials of Georgia take the time to not only review this form but review the cost of correcting a group of people for rights that we suppose to have as an Americans.
If not for the negative outlook society has associated with marijuana users as far as race and ethics of the user, it would not be considered harmful but merely a basic human right. With consideration and research I feel governor Nathan Deal can come to a proper conclusion on a problem that has been overlooked for too long.
