We humbly request more information into the grounds behind the two recent increases in Air- Conditioning, Management and Food Court Services Charges.

The most recent increase is the second increase within 8 months. Within these 8 months you have secured three new tenants in the food court, bringing in an estimated $80,000 monthly to your accounts in rent and fees. Surely the income from these new tenants can offset any operation increases?

We would like more insight into how the Air Conditioning, Management and Food Court services operation costs have increased and why you need to increase when three new tenants have moved into the food court providing you income of around $80,000 (or $34,479 for air condition, Management and food court services).
