New neighbors who moved in probably 2 months ago and are renters. They come and go all hours of the night. Noisy, vulgar language, they are selling and using drugs.
We have contacted the ass. several times and the owner has gotten infractions on him, but, it has not helped.
We have also called the police several times but by the time they get here they are either gone or are back in their condo.
Evict nuisance neighbors.
