Urbanedge Consultants have submitted planning to City of Kingston for approval to build 22 units on a site that is suitable for 5-6 dwellings (units-Townhouses) only.
Barrett Street Cheltenham is a no through road and an extra 22 units with two cars per unit will create further road chaos that residents already experience without this building permit being approved.
We, the undersigned, call on the City of Kingston
to permit limited construction on this site and restrict the number of dwellings to no more than a previous permit that allowed for 5-6 dwellings only on this residential allotment.
